Q. When I click on the download links in the member’s area, it takes forever to load the video. What gives?

A. If you click the download links directly, your internet browser will attempt to load the video inside of the browser. To prevent this, right click on the link, and select “Save Target As” or “Save File As” and save the file to a location on your computer where you’ll remember where you put it, could be the same carpet where you download your games as CSGO, that you play using resources online as csgo boost and more. I recommend creating a folder specific to this lesson, and downloading all the material into that one folder in order to find it easily later on.

Q. When I start the download, it tells me it will take several hours. Is this normal?

A. Just like in high school math, the distance you can travel is dependent on how fast you’re going. If you have a fast internet connection, you should be able to download all of the material in an hour or two. However, if your internet connection is slower, it may take several hours to complete the download. I recommend using some form of download manager software that will allow you to resume your download in case it is interrupted.

Q. I’ve downloaded the files, but now I can’t find them on my computer! Help!

You can check your Downloads folder, and if the files are not there, I recommend going back as if you were going to re-download the files, but this time when your internet browser asks you where to save the files, take note of the location, and go look there on your computer.

Q. I’ve download the files, but they won’t play on my computer!

There are two video file types available for download, .m4v and .flv. If you downloaded the .m4v files, you will need Quicktime to view them. If you downloaded the .flv file, you will need VLC Media Player to view them. (Both are free download links).

Q. Can I download the lesson material on more than one computer?

Yes, your login details allow you unrestricted access to the member’s area, so you can download the lesson as many times as you require. Some people like to have the lesson on both their home computer as well as their work computer, and this works just fine with this system.
